    We have 24-hour client support just a phone call away.
  • What equipment do I need for the hosted system?
    You need a PC running XP Pro or Windows 7 Business.
  • Is my DSL connection good enough?
    Your DSL connection must be business grade with a static Internet IP address.
  • Can I keep my current DID numbers?
    Yes, we will port your numbers and your customers will still forward to the same numbers.
  • If I am unable to take calls, can you take the call for us?
    We are sorry to say we only maintain the system for you however, other clients on our hosted system would be happy to help you.
  • If my midnight operator is unable to work, can I take calls from home?
    Yes, as long as you have a stable broadband connection with sufficient up and down speed you can take calls from anywhere.
  • What is best for my Internet connection?
    The best is T1, however we have satisfied clients using DSL or cable connections.
